  I think the best thing to do is contact RHP directly. . Click on the green Customer Support button at the bottom of this page. On the top of the new page there is a small "Click here" link for submitting questions. . Good luck x

  hey why thanks alot for interest.I did find it last night but they are taking so long to rectify i am losing a day in membership ..and probably fun too lol,but appreciate your help thanks luv a nawty lady xx
