... the Manage Account/Profile tab, select Preferences under the General Settings heading and then untick the I want Other members to know when I'm online button. You can re-set it if you are online and want people to know. That's how you do it from within RHP, no idea how to re-set your phone or if that's even possible... Kinda dumb when it comes to smart phones lol. Much love, Elle xx

Hey mate if this bothers you then its possible to turn apps off with an iPhone assume this would be a standard phone function so should be a similar way with Samsung...They are designed to constantly stay open and active this makes app programs respond faster as they do not need to constantly reopen. To close an app.....With an iPhone double press the home key, a ribbon of all open apps shall appear in the middle of the screen. This ribbon can be slid left or right to select the app you wish to close. To close any particular app, Slide the app up and away towards the top of the phone. The app is then closed down. This is another way to save battery is running low....

An age old problem so do not worry. It is definitely the App. Suggestion to the Mods/Techos to fix this? In any software, everytime you log in, the app would record or log in your activity in their history db as 'Active' STatus. I suspect there is a flag in RHP db to indicate it was accessed via the App or website (likely default setting). However, upon log-out, the App should also log this activity and set your status to 'Inactive'. Obviously this either has not happened or the app has not refreshed their db at a freq they should to reconcile the actual status. There could be many reasons, but first step I would suggest an additional check at the logout function in the App should be done to make additional check on the login method used, to close off all active flags during log-off. Just a suggestion.

I had not long received her phone number and saw that she was "online" so I sent a text message. It woke her and triggered a tirade of abuse that would make a sailor blush. Turns out it was a bullet dodged actually.

RHP is usually open for us in one of the tabs on the computer at home and it stays on all da, so it must seem like we are online all the time. Besides, the only people that would know if your on here "all the time", would have to be online to know lol at least if they care enough to have a problem, tells you something about them... :) MR

or you could switch you phone on silent mode through out the night. Don't now about other brand mobiles?? I-phones you can do. Go to "Settings" then "Do not disturb" and set the times you want for your phone to go onto silent mode. I love my sleep too much but then again I am woman - I can multitask at 2am in my sleep, even with a naked man next to me. LOL! Foxy xx
