We would love to do Cabo, but thought it would be too expensive for a short trip away (I mean it would be worth making it a1 month holiday and travelling around.Love to hear more about it though.XOXO

We spent a week at Desire in Cacun Mexico this year. We had a great time, and met some wonderful people. We always look for couples-only/adult/no kids/GLBT/lifestyle places to stay when travelling, and unfortunately have not found anything like Desire in our part of the world. With so many people on this site, there must surely be a market for it in Australasia. Perhaps somebody on this site will see the potential, and create a nice place for all of us to visit.

Apparently there is a couples resort in Thailand which caters for swingers. Just google it. Its the closest resort this side of the equator I think. Never been before just came across it on the net one day. Hope that helps J

There is a swingers club in Pattaya thailand ( about an hour or so south of bangkok on the east side of the gulf ) It is called Rama - Kien check it out at www.rama-kein.com. We went to go last time we were there but it only takes a limited amount of couples only & fills up very fast. It is only open for 2 nights a week i think so its not a resort as such but we hear its pretty good. We have been looking at desires, was the one you went to any good?cheers x

the temptation resort in cabo, mexico was about $250 per night during normal temptation and then doubled to about $500 per night for desire week (we were there for only one night of desire)temptation was tops optional and was fairly relaxed but desire was totally clothes optional (except for restaurants) and there were no rules in the big pool/jacuzzi area.the resort was all inclusive of food and drinks. drinks were proper drinks too, any cocktail or shot you can imagine, and if you can't imagine something, then they can just create something for you.the food was fairly good too. one of the restaurants did tepenyaki and also al-a-carte, and was amazing, but the lunch buffet was just ok.we flew in from LA and the flight was fairly cheap, although i can't remember how much it was.it was definitely worth a visit, but i'd only recommend 4 days because after all that drinking/food eating and "playing" you need time out. also, we booked a room with a jacuzzi and it was right near the pool and really added to the social aspect of the whole place!

Hi there There is something here in Australia called Passion In Paradise. I have been to the passion In Paradise weekend every year since it started 4 years ago It is a 4 day/5 night event held in held in a private resort far North Queensland, the resort right on the beach with nothing or no one else within absolute miles Every night is a different themed party which is great as everyone makes a huge effort with their costumes. During the day you laze by the pool or enjoy your own private beach, it is also a clothing optional resort or take a day trip to the Great barrier Reef check their website www.passioninparadise.com.au They are going to be running more than one a year as of next year. Highly recomend it

But unfortunately only once a year doesnt make it a resort really does it

Its more of an event but it's a start. I did hear not so nice things about the White Cockatoo Resort in FNQ. I hope the Passions in Paradise is not at the same venue or if it is it has new owners.

Its definately not the white cockatoo, but it is only a once a year event that goes for 3 or 4 nights at a truly spectacular location between cairns and port douglas.
