  Maybe music videos instead of adult movies because the straight girls dont want to watch girl / girl stuff. Let the guests know if it really is a swingers party that is couples only. Have a policy on Male Bi play.

  We have hosted a few and the things that have worked well for first and foremost having the right people come. But there are a few things that can be done to make it a good night for all such as chocolate fountains or fondue, its a nice ice breaker. Go to some effort with decorations if it is themed. Also take care of little things like much sure you have lots of loo paper, have wet wipes, have a few clean hand towels and change them throughout the night, provide bins for people to put rubbish in both drinks and condoms. At most swinger parties it is BYO which is fine but we have found that having a few things to make peoples drinks feel more cocktailly has been enjoyed by all - such as little umbrellas, fruit mix, fresh mint, lemon and limes etc. I think if you are hosts too it helps f you know a few interesting facts about people so that when they arrive you can introduce them to other people with that interesting fact so that they have something to talk about, it helps to break the ice. We have also used two of our parties to raise money for a charity and that gave the night a great vibe too.

  We try to get to a few parties and feel that things like spas or pools create a great positive atmosphere as it provides an area for people to relax and get to know the others.As for adult movies, well for us it is a 'take or leave it' as it does nothing for us in terms of creating a mood or making us 'horny', but we realise that within the sex party scene an adult movie does kind of establish why we are all there. But again, we could leave them as we don't think they are as crucial.But, having a generally relaxed atmosphere is crucial and can be achieved by light music, bbq, drinks, anything that creates social fun. An earlier suggestion of twister etc is good, anything that creates or can be seen as fun can (in our opinion) help as the crucial component is a sexy atmosphere but with no 'tension'Shell and Gaz

  i noticed alot of clubs have poles .. would be really good to see an amatuer strip comp with volunteers. im sure many would try it out .. i definatly would
