I Don't really know how to explain it properly, and for me it's more a whole body thing. Increased heart rate, It feels like every part of your body is straining, telling you that you desperately want that person, and it's almost like your body is picking up that they want you at that moment too. Doesn't happen often, maybe 5 times in my whole life but I love it and look forward to the next time. That's probably the worst explanation ever but it's the best I've got at the moment ;-)
