  I recently had my first encounter with one. Great for sex, but I wasn't keen on sucking on it because it knocked my teeth and I look after my teeth . This guy had the type that went thru the eye of the penis and out the top (I think). I believe it's called a Prince Albert but I could be wrong. The condom went over the ring without issue. My biggest concerns about a cock piercing are: 1) safe sex, so can a condom be used and be as effective with a cock ring. 2) my teeth.
