  Here is some options: Four in a Queen bed is going to cramp everyone is going to touch it appears the norm the two girls in the centre of the bed and guys on outside. Maybe start with your own partners, oral and sex and when the girls are very wet, having sex with their own partners someone suggests swapping partners? Or you are already after playing a game that gets everyone naked, and someone suggests "Lets have some fun" As the four of you walk into the bedroom you swap partners. Or a straight forward one was done on us! We walk into the apartment after dinner, the other guy heads for shower comes out naked and proceeds to undress my wife. Can remember our first times and how nervous you feel, we had a couple nights everyone too scared to suggest playing. A sexy board game, strip poker etc is the way to go plus its fun getting to know your new friends. We tried separate rooms for a while, and now its always same rooms for safety our partners get treated with more respect if their primary partner is on the same bed. Plus its hot watching your partner. Don't forget games like four way oral ...doing a train...and heaps of swapping. Rather than a straight one on one swap.

  Guess it depends on the couple we are with, but either the girls get friendly first, or we both just head for the other couple's opposite partner - but always same room and preferably within touching distance. Part of our enjoyment is in seeing and hearing each other enjoying ourselves

  we have a computer game that we have downloaded, its a swinger kind of monopoly and the chance and community chess are like things that you have to do you can set who plays with who etc incase some people arent Bi etc but that really helps get the ball rolling

  Ok my advise is meet up for coffee with some fairly experienced couples and let them tell you their experiences. if you get a really good couple first time like we did, they should let you guys take the lead and play at your pace. you guys set the rules (which will be broken). One of our rules was no kissing but that was broken on our second encounter. Its nice if the girls play first for a little at least which will warm the boys up. Oh yeah it is quite normal if the male half is broke so to speak. just have fun and relax. Coming into this lifestyle has been the best.
