Nobody uses anything for oral. Condoms or dams although you do see people using those surgical gloves. At the end of the day you will have to get tested every few months like the rest of us. Condoms minimize the risk of HIV which is my main concern.

during high school sex education we were shown a dam and were told that it was for cunnilingus. that was the first and last time I ever saw one.

gees the thought of gagging on a condom makes me well gag a little. each to their own but I don't use anything for oral giving or receiving.

We have been in this lifestyle for about 5 years now and never seen anyone us protection for oral Makes me wonder, how much safer is oral than penetration? Its kinda fluid bonding. Also see a few girls getting shagged by the same strap on without it being washed, or girls scissoring each other but then then insist on wearing a condom with a guy. Doesn't make send to me..... apart from the coming bit.

If you listen to any of the swinger podcasts from America they will all tell you that they use protection from oral all the time. Whether they actually do or they are just saying they are responsible to promote safe sex I don't know. But they'll certainly have you believe that it is common practice over there for dental dams and condoms to be worn during oral. For me (male), I'd almost saying don't bother if a girl insisted on a condom with oral. Not to be rude at all and if she didn't want to I wouldn't make her feel bad. I just don't one feels much at all oral with a dom on.

I have to admit that I'd prefer a woman giving me oral with a condom on as it still feels better than no oral :) It is the only way to be safe and I'd totally respect anyone who said that is the way they want to be. Once had a previous partner tell me they had been tested positive for chlamydia and was telling all her previous lovers. Even though we had used condoms, we hadn't with oral and that time between being told and being tested (all clear) wasn't an enjoyable experience. So decide what you are comfortable with, stick to it and get tested regularly for peace of mind and courtesy to partner and lovers (they should do the same) - Posted from rhpmobile

A condom for oral..... all i can picture happening is someone sucking too hard and it coming off, then getting lodged in their throat and choking to death. If you are that nervous about STI's..... are you going to kiss people? What about the risk of cold sores as well as other forms of bacterial infection ending in ITIS. Laryngitis/bronchitis/conjunctivitis/meningitis.. Are you concerned about a particular STI or all in general?

Why would having unprotected oral sex defeat the purpose of condoms? To me using condoms, washing hands and toys, and using dams are like the "Slip, Slop, Slap!" campaign. If you forego one of these three protective barriers from the sun you're at a higher risk of getting skin cancer, yes, but that does not make the other two ineffective. My 2cts.

Yeh. It completely defeats the purpose. It's actually quite a funny paradox, and yet I choose to just go with it - all the while claiming to only practice safe sex. I think for most people it's about risk reduction - whilst still trying to retain as much enjoyment out of the act of sex as possible. After all. That's why we are on here right?

many people here have a special condom with super powers that protects them from anything, but the reality is you need to use good judgement, discernment and regular testing if you wish to go bareback.This would not include people who suck cocks through a hole in the wall or bend over to be fucked in carparks at night ! Quality partners can be found if you are not impulsive or stupid.
