New club/venue concept for Perth/WA Having been in the LS for a couple of  years now we have had a recurring conversations with almost all the couples we meet that although the current clubs are good there is a need for a different kind of venue/club in Perth/WA. To this end we would appreciate the opinion of the Perth swinging community on an idea we have for a club/venue. The concept is to create a club that is a bit more up market and exclusive with an atmosphere that is more Sexy Boudoir rather than seedy strip club/dive bar. Something that is more aligned with modern swingers. We would aim to have a facility with the following Venue ·         Private location with secure controlled access and secure lockers or coat check area. ·         Located in the Swan Valley ·         A variety of mingling spaces for relaxing and chatting a little more privately ·         A large common area with a pool table for mingling and meeting people in more of a group setting ·         Access to an open kitchen stocked with coffee, tea and milk. A Sandwich toaster, microwave oven and fridge to use for BYO snacks and food if you choose (Mmmm, cheese toasties at 2am…) ·         Outside pool and entertainment area for pool parties, those hot Perth summer nights and weekend afternoons. (Ooh daybeds!) Bar ·         A serviced bar with friendly professional bar staff ·         Free mixers, cordials, Sliced lemon, lime and fruit to mix your favourite cocktail using your BYO alcohol ·         Free bottled water, bar snacks and breath mints ·         Ice cold fridges to store your BYO drinks ·         Glassware instead of plastic cups (we are adults after all) Play areas ·         A variety of play areas ranging from open to semi-private and completely private. With at least 5 play area options each with a unique sexy theme and décor (again think more Boudoir rather than massage parlour) ·         Fully Air-conditioned with adjustable ceiling fans in all play rooms ·         All play room lighting fully adjustable for you to tailer to your mood or preference ·         Coat racks and wall hooks to keep your clothes off the floor ·         Beds and couches in play areas for variation (Nudge nudge wink wink) ·         Clean towels, tissues, wet wipes, hand sanitiser, lube and various size condoms in all play areas ·         Squeaky clean modern bathrooms, toilets and showers (Kept clean throughout the night) ·         Bedding regularly changed and bins emptied by on duty cleaners during opening hours (Including on demand) Opening hours ·         The aim would be to have the club open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 8pm as well as Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 12am during the summer Club Web Platform ·         The club will also host its own Members Only social website ·         The platform will be completely secure and password protected ·         Will have a web and phone interface ·         This will be a central place where members can chat, share ideas and photos. Be informed of parties, events and get-togethers as well as any notices from the venue/club   If so far all of this sounds like an awesome club you might be thinking what entrance to a club like that would cost. This is where the concept takes a different approach in that we would market it as a members venue open only to paid members and their invited guests. ·         Membership will be exclusive an limited (At this point we are thinking at around 200 couples) ·         No singles memberships will be issued and singles will only be allowed as guests of members which will ensure a good male/female/couples ratio with no loitering ·         Guests will be allowed but only if accompanied by members and an additional fee will be charged to guests (fee to be determined) ·         Memberships will be available on an minimum 6 month basis with fees payable on a monthly basis in advance ·         On a monthly basis we will host themed parties to which members can invite or sponsor non-member from a list of applicants (Entrance fee applies to non-members) ·         The aim would be to maintain a upmarket and exclusive venue ·         Members will have free access and use of  all the facilities during opening hours (No additional entrance fee or charges) ·         All in all this will afford tighter control over the guest list and ensure that good ratios are maintained   Our overall aim is to have a great luxurious venue where discerning swingers who regularly play can hang out and have a good time in the company friends and playmates. We will be looking for dedicated couples who play hard and generally don’t wallflower. Now for the million dollar question. What will a membership cost? Given that we aim to be the top upmarket swingers venue with an air of luxurious exclusivity and depending on the actual amount of memberships allocated we think that somewhere in the region of $250 per month would enable us to run the WA’s best swingers venue. In our opinion not bad if you consider booking a room in a Hotel will cost more than that per night.     Classy and well maintained would certainly be a good addition to the scene in Perth. However I am out given I am single, can not afford $250 per month and kind like having variety, ie meeting new people, not the same people all the time at - Posted from rhpmobile

However I am out given I am single (no single memberships offered), can not afford $250 per month and like having variety, ie meeting new people, not seeing the same people all the time, gets a bit boring in my opinion. Some initial thoughts; Can you fit 200 members into the premises at the same time? In not, what sort of system would be used to determine entry? A first in first served basis, a ballot system, higher membership fees for priority? What if the same members miss out frequently? They would probably not renew a membership they pay for but don't benefit from. I think it is great you are looking at expanding the scene in Perth and are seeking input from the people attending clubs. Wishing you all the very best and every success :) Baz x

    $250pm is a lot @ a min 6 monthly membership and I personally would be outraged if we could not get in after paying. My husband along with many couples that we know either work fifo or have to travel a lot which limits like us availability to go out to clubs regularly. We also live out of the suburbs and anytime we attend a party/club or catchup with friends we have to book a hotel so this is also an inevitable additional cost. From memory The Swan Valley is limited with accommodation especially at a reasonable price. As new people are always signing up on these sites it also takes a while for them to pluck up the courage to go to a club so I have my doubts that they would consider this type of membership and as Baz said the same faces could get stale. If we want to catch up with the same people all the time we organize our own small orgies at a hotel and everyone contributes. IMO apart from the decor and pool I'm not convinced there is value here and I think is obviously going to be a word of mouth so it will need to be spectacular. Although we are adults no glassware should be allowed near the the pool regardless. I definitely like the idea of being able to invite a guest and hope it's either M or F without having last minute ratios. Personally as part of the membership I wouldn't be charging to invite a screened guest (or at least limit it to one invite per month free) And I have to say it but not everyone wants a unicorn and the free female entry to clubs has no appeal to me, my hubby likes it of course but I like to venture off myself.... Just showed my ummm flirty side didn't I. I hate to sound like a party pooper (and anyone that knows me can vouch I'm not 😂) but the positives really need to out way the negatives. These are just off my head comments and funny enough in LA trying to find a decent swing club. Hopefully can add some more later. Cheers Mrs H xxx - Posted from rhpmobile

    Will it have council approval? And would one member of a couple be able to attend with a guest of the opposite sex as previously stated many ppl work fifo and so one may wish to attend with a fwb while the other is away? Would one have to register to attend or can a member simply rock up on a whim? While the idea and venue sound fantastic most things in Perth rely on word of mouth for success and with such a high cost for membership you may struggle to find enough people to get the initial wow factor to get people talking. By being based in the Swan Valley you are also making it quite a trek for some so there are added expenses there to consider. The perth swinging community who actually attend parties/clubs is only so big and with there already being 2 clubs (3 if u count Sensationz) plus house parties and other events the pool for potential members will be limited. Just a couple of things to consider. Hopefully your venture is a raging success and we wish you the best. Good to see people contributing to the expansion of the scene.

    WOW!!! This sounds amazing. If Perth people just open their minds a little and be more accepting..... your club will be a huge hit! I for ins will definately be there as this style is right up my alley. In fact I would love a job!!! Keep me posted! - Posted from rhpmobile
