  If it is our idea to invite a couple or other people to a hotel apartment for some fun, we will pay for it. If it's a group working on mutual agreement then all should share cost. If you're wanting to spend the whole night with someone then book a bigger capacity place....even then there's no rule that say you can't have 'guests" in your room so generally the hotels don't know who coming or going anyway, and if you're just entertaining one extra person well it would be obvious you'd all share the one bed so it's not as if the hotel has extra linen cleaning costsor anything. If all these folk who run hotel parties can get 20 + people into a room without hassles...an extra one or two persons should be no problem LOLAll that being said though..for us, unless we're in a different city or the evening is for a special occasion where we might book a hotel room, we prefer to play at our home.

  We prefer 4-5 star apartments, during discussions we will suggest going 50/50, or we might say "if you guys are looking after the apartment then its our shout Dinner and Drinks". We dont go for motels and would prefer not someone elses or our home.   Occasionally a couple will forget about their contribution, we dont remind them but we think...they are tight asses expecting us to pay for everything!   We dont go with the flow, its either we are going out to play and a 4-5 star apartment is pre booked. Or its a G rated social meet. Can remember when we were 1st timmers sitting around untill 2 am wishing someone would suggest playing, that doesnt happen now because after dinner we are going back to the apartment to play as we all decided before we went out. You know if you plan play there are personal grooming thingies you do!
