***Karma***

October 08 2009

What goes round comes round...  or does it??? What do you think? I remember one prime example where a woman had her friend steal the car she'd sold us cos she'd needed money which she nearly got away with cos we hadn't finished the transfer papers and couldn't prove we had bought and paid for the car. However, after the first time they failed to steal the car, we had installed a small hand alarm between the tyre and mudflap so the pin was pulled as the tyre turned and the alarm went off... nothing quite like watching your car leave your driveway with the alarm wailing and the man at the wheel waving at you grrr. However the hand alarm allowed the police to access a search warrant where they found the alarm in the house and removed the car from their possession. The car was returned to us later after the man and woman just up and left town. There is so much more to this story including the TRG showing up at our suburban house lolol... it took place over a period of many months and we got the car back just as the rego was due again lolol. Where the rest of the karma came in... the woman got in contact with me again a few months later and I learned that after I lost contact with her and her 'friend', their relationship had deteriorated and he stole the car that belonged to her and her husband! Teehee... don't feel too bad for her, they got their car back too and the guy went to jail where he belonged. Aaahhhh, that was good!... anyone else got any others to reassure me that the deserving get theirs or perhaps the other way around? Hugs allMrs P

I once accidently cut in front of someone in a lunch bar and for a few months after that I had people cut in front of me regularly in all sorts of places including a toilet queue :)

I'm a definite believer in karma...ive had it go both ways. For and against me. I once (being younger and much stupider) keyed a woman's car due to a conflict involving a man we both loved and only two days after that the motor blew up in my car and I had to fork out $2000 and go without transport for 4mths! The way it went for me was when I helped an old lady to her car with her shopping in the pouring rain one day and the next day won tickets on a radio show, a raffle prize and got the job I had applied for. So yeah im a BIG believer in karma...both ways :) Cheers Elljae

Thnx for reminding me of that cos you are absolutely right! I remember feeling very satisfied that we'd donated clothes and oddments to one of the local charities and then finding something I'd wanted but couldn't afford the very next day lolol And it's gotta be said that whatever happens, there's a real buzz to be had out of doing a good deed Cheers Mrs P

It would be wonderful to think that your ex-client learned their valuable lesson... Peachy
