Just Clarifying

Hey all! I just wanted to clarify. I am a premium member. If I send a message to a Guest. Will they be able to reply me? I've read the FAQs in the site but just wanted some practical clarification. I've sent messages to people and they've read the messages but not replying. So yeah.. and I probably will get someone saying that I'm not getting any replies because my profile is crap or because I'm a crap person. But yea would still like to know.
