  You must visit one of the many Soapy/Nuru Massage places in Japan, doesn't matter where as there are plenty of them all over Japan. I don't think members can post links to websites, but just do a google search for "Soapy Massage" or "Nuru Massage" you will not forget the experience, but be mindful that if you are a female and decide to go to one of these joints, the massages/body rubs are performed only by females, and most of them are younger in age (18 to 30) I found a few in other parts of Asia, Thailand especially has many of them, and they are wonderful.

  Sorry for hijacking OP. Also off to Japan..... WITH our 3 beautiful kids..... December 24 for 3 weeks...... any recommendations of "Must Dos" and "Not to be missed"...... don't care about "sexy things" we get plenty of that ourselves lol..... Tokyo/Nagano/Osaka/Kyoto/Hiroshima.

  That's ok FFF. Are Onsens sexy at all, or just not at all. Are they mixed or same sex only? Are there better ones than others? Best bars in Tokyo? Shinjuku?Anything that would help?

  Onsens aren’t sexy....they’re gender segregated...although a hotel I stayed in had a Family only area . There are famous onsen towns scattered around Japan as well as onsens in all cities and towns, making use of geothermal water. In Osaka ...The Castle...Great Aquarium.. In Kyoto...Golden pavilion....Nijo castle... In Tokyo...the Municipal Building gives a great city view and probably aDistant Fuji view in winter months, from 50 plus floor and its free unlike Tokyo tower. Get yourselves a Japan rail card to get around ..excellent value...super convenient. Buy yr phone card at the Airport. Just take in 1 Famous Temple...will give u an idea of all Temples...the gardens at Nijo will give u an idea of all Gardens. Hiroshima is a modern city...same as elsewhere...wth the exception of the must see ‘nuclear area and museum.
