Yes i have to agree that the experience i have had with women with implants was somewhat spoiled by the hardness of the implants. They felt unnatural to touch and i didt enjoy touching them at all. I also dont think they are nice to look at without clothes. However they do look alot nicer under clothes as far as shape and cleavage goes. But the good experience both visual and feeling ends there for me. Before i was with another woman who had implants i was seriously considering them for myself and now wouldnt change mine for the world. Just my view.

That gets me wondering about penile implants... the type you have to pump up. Sorry to get off topic there... The Hollywood fashion for excessively large fake boobs (surgury as demonstrated on Dr 90210) often leaves much to be desired. Whereas discrete implants under the pectoralis muscles of the chest wall can look more natural, and are thus much more aesthetically pleasing to the eye and to the touch. The advantages of this approach are ease of placement, natural breast shape no implant visibility, lower capsule contracture risk (since the breasts are completely separated from the implant), and low mammography interference, with good internal support. This technique is ideal for correcting sag after pregnancy. A woman whose breasts remain erect whilst horizontal looks so artificial. It just does not feel the same when embracing. The woman's excessive desire for prominent cleavage may impact on the male desire, when she is naked and no longer looks natural. Cleavage results vary with each woman, depending on her pre-surgury chest wall shape and breastbone prominence, as well as her overall body fat, and the extent of fatty tissues that overlie her sternum. The anorexic Hollywood types who blow up their chest, tend to look odd, when elsewhere else they are skin and bone. Personally, I'm tolerant of sagging breasts when there's a bit of flesh on the bones... more than the un-natural ones, and don't think men discriminate all that much. Any guy will be distracted by young and shapely eye candy, but we're not all Hugh Hefners, who are surrounded by cosmetically assisted youngsters or women trying to defy the aging process. Even Demi Moore will succumb to it eventually. A genuine person with a nice smile, a twinkle in the eye, and a fond welcome... always outweighs an imitation. I've met many BBW who get no end of sexual services from fit men, so body shape is less a factor for a women. In contrast, women generally avoid obese men. So if a lady will get lucky no matter her shape, then I wonder who are most of these boob jobs aimed at?

women get implants for themselves.... not others! To boost self-esteem, confidence etc I myself will be getting implants one day, for me.. noone else. You try breastfeeding 3 kids, being 6ft 1, a stick figure, with no curves or boobs, I can guarantee you, I do not feel feminine in the slightest and am very self-concious. And if people have a problem with a woman making herself feel better, then they can sit and swivel.

We have had 3 boys all breast fed.Would never think about doing such a thing Natural so much nicer in alot of ways. Its amazing what abit of proper excersize can do for a woman that is breast feeding.Mine are proof of it.

Mrs fordy, it looks like you have upset the powers that be, but good for you. You go girl, and if implants will make you happier for you, then you do it. My mum-in-law had implants after having had 3 kids and that was back in the early 1970's. I have had 3 kids also, but it took me 23 years to have those 3 kids. Mmmm Now i wonder, does mrs lovingcouple4u have implants or not?? LOL

You have got to be kidding? It is called genetics. Or perhaps exersize is something new for enhancing breast size? I am endowed with natural breasts thanks to my Mum, who had a reduction at age 65. Also my best friend has had implants AA to C cup for 25yrs without any problems. Each to their own... Whatever turns you on.

I agree with Busso Babe Mrsford's boobs are fantastic, but if she wants implants then i guess im gunna fork out the dough for em ( she can be nasty when she wants something ) As for exercise, im proof, no exercise makes bigger boob's ( my moobs are things to be proud of :D )

Yay! Anyway... It brings me to the thought of body image. That is what it's all about really... How we view our own and others. Listen to how Mrs Ford describes herself... WHAT???... in comparison to how others view her gorgeous form. How we seem to want what we do not have or vice versa... I wouldn't mind a bit of lipo my self... Oops! We should all try to be happy with who we are but choices are there for those of us, what ever the reasoning. I have seen the effect having implants has been to the women I have known. i agree with gerocouple, excercise doesnt help make your boobs bigger. I am training to become a fitness instructor and i am active. Excercise may lift your breast so they dont sag perhapes, but it all depends on genetics, your just lucky i guess. I have breast feed once for almost 2 years and went from a Dcup to a B cup. Now tell me if i am a active person why are my breast still the same size??? I would like implants some day, im not sure im still undecided,but ill tell you this though i do miss my Dcups :( lol

Two ways they a inserted... Above the muscle or beneath the muscle... Those who have them placed under the muscle behind the breast are very natural to look at and feel... Those above the muscle do tend to look and feel fake... How do I know??? Well I have helped several women through the post op side of the transplant and have been in the hospital where the ops were performed... You can really notice the above muscle implants... Feel wise. under the breast implant, all you feel in the breast and muscle tissue that you usually feel....

I've been out with one woman who had implants and had flings with two others and I've gotta say that apart from the fact I really did find them off-putting (they were so obviously fake!!) I found the women who possessed them to be very insecure. I don't mean just because they had implants they were insecure it's just that they were all pretty screwed up and always fishing for compliments (yeah I know everyone does that to an extend but with these girls it was relentless!). What's stranger is that two of the ladies in question had wonderful breasts before their 'augmentation' so I was baffled as to why they got the implants (and no, they never had to breastfeed any children!).

well done or plastic over done, does not matter as long as they make the owner happy. im sure many a guy has played with a well done set and never known. i am sure i have lol. as a milf who has implants under the muscle and dosnt go to big is almost undetectable and they feel natural. but who cares just enjoy whatever the lady has as variaty is the spice of life -james

well i can definitely say i have been with big breasted women who have had both natural and implants. i think if a woman was well endowned in the beginning and at a maturing age needs implants to fill her breasts out again go for it. one girlfriend had implants and they were like playing with a basket of bricks they were silicon ...no enjoyment at all. another girlfriend had hers done and surprised me and they were saline and wow they felt so natural and the shape and look was fantastic. current gilfriend had them done, not my asking, and they look fantastic and feel great also so maybe there is a vast improvement today in the materials used and the way the operations are done, basically nil scarring.. i have no problem with a lady having it done. thks andrew

My wife had hers done about 12 months ago, and apart from size, there are not many people that can pick them as un natural. But they arent cheapies, we went for a good quality implant and surgeon, and it makes a huge difference to the end result. Hers arent huge though, they are more or less a bit bigger than what she had before she started havings kids. And exercise does nothing to help with keeping the size during breastfeeding etc. It may help some, but definately not all. I think the overall body size of the female has alot to do with how well they hold up after breastfeeding. Most of the larger girls we know have kept theres, most of the slimer girls lose them.

All seems funny to me anyhow. I paid $4500 to have mine reduced and they removed 3kgs and I am still a very full DD cup. Would have been happy to donate :)

Yes...removed. 1.4kg from the left and 1.6kg from the right. I was an F cup. Best thing I ever did for my poor back.

I agree that women do it for themselves and their overall self esteem. I also congratulate them for it because there's nothing quite as sexy as a confident woman. As a sidebar, I have played with 2,500 dollar boobs and 10,000 dollar boobs and there is a big difference in quality, you get what you pay for. Dislike them? Nope. I'm still playing with boobs. How could I not like them?????? Just my two cents worth.

omg i cant believe what some of you are saying. firstly, not all implants can go understhe muscle and secondly if it 'feel's' fake it means there wasnt enough boob flesh covering the massive implant in the first place, regardless of slaine or gel. Also who gives a shit if a chick has implants or not we all get off on great firm boobs, if you want them go get them, its the jealous people who bag implants only because they dont have the resources or balls. Ive come across so many b***** on here bagging my tits and after looking at theirs, I understand why... before i sign off, push ups increase the pec muscles therefore helping boobs sit slightly higher, so that tits arent dragging with hemlines...logic. thankyou for your time and im sure many of you will be burning to reply to my harsh writing skills.

SinandMorph, i'm not going to bag you at all. Agree 100% and what some people forget is that not everyone has implants for cosmetic reasons, sometimes there are medical reasons as well, but whatever who cares!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps reconstruction or whatever they do after a mastectomy. Thanks fully and touch wood i've never had breast cancer but a lot of people sure have and i know of one person personally who has had reconstructive surgery.

I say real at the moment, but maybe fake later when they invent the ones that dont look fake...lol Have not seen a good set yet and trust me i have seen hundreds. I think about getting it done and then see someone else's and think. No way i think i like the real feel, instead of the hard or fake look. I like to be me. but there are some clothes i would like to wear without a bra and still have them "OUT there." so to say. So the jury is still out for me. Maybe one day i will, maybe one day i wont... But in the meantime all my friends and people that i know are having them fixed or redone from problems so i suppose i will have to rethink long and hard...about just how bad i want that look. The last 4 friends that had them done over about 9 months, have all had problems and needed to go back. and they were from all different doctors, gold coast and Brisbane and Overseas. So ...ummm Not just yet i suppose, i will wait for the New beaut style...i am sure they will make something that looks and feels real sooner rather than later..lol

Sinandmorph - I see some strange posts on RHP but your really doesn't make any sense at all. Trying to give a reasoned opinion does pay off sometimes instead of ranting about ... nothing. The fact is for MOST MEN implants are still abit wierd - of course as the technology progresses maybe they won't feel and look so fake. The other point you seem to miss totally is that (with exceptions) most women who get implants get them for cosmetic reasons only. Over 90% in fact - so I heard one surgeon say on a doco some months back. Strictly speaking there's no such thing as a 'medical reason' for breast implants - but that depends on your definition of 'medical'. Why is it that you think someone needs 'balls' to get implants??

I prefer perky B cups. Even A cups. But then, I like petite women, so anything much bigger looks a bit weird. Slight implants are OK tho, but when a girl has gone up too many sizes you can tell instantly. I agree, they feel hard and just not right.

I've seen good implants and bad ones (looking) but most women I've met with implants do so for self esteeme and good luck to them too! I also know some that have had reductions to ease back and neck pain as well ... As far as feeling them,I'm not one to grope and squeeze anyway I prefer to gentle carressing.

As to implants, each to their own, if it makes you feel good and you like it - then do it. My Nan is 5'4 and a H cup, so big tits run in our family... if I had anything done, it would be to lift them up. lol

i have been reading this with alot of interest as over the last 2years my once quite perky D cup boobs (even after feeding 4 kids) have started to sag and loose there fullness/ Once upon a time i would never of considered having implants but sometimes clothes just dont fit right when you have saggy breasts (cant always wear a bra with some clothes) I would be quite happy having the fat from my tummy pumped into them hahaha but dont think is possible someone else also mentioned a lift yes gravity takes hold at some stage in our lives unfortunately. My man is a real boob man loves them would probably play with them all day if you let him, but he is funny when he sees a girl he always comments on whether they are real or fake. So many different shapes and sizes out there these days, but yes would have to agree that if you have them done they should be done to your size and shape had a friend who had a reduction a couple of years back she was only just 5foot and had 5 1/2 kilos removed she had so many back and neck problems she went down to a C cup but is back up to a D hers where natural but because of her size they just looked wrong. I think it something that you have to do for yourself not for anyone else.

I have had my boobs done and I can honestly say people who feel them and don't knpw that they are fake don't believe me when I tell them the are implants. if implants are hard it is usually because they are incapsulated...which is not a good thing...the only way to correct this it to have them removed and replaced...if possible (sometimes it is not possible to have them replaced due to complications caused by this condition) or because of the type of implant used...I personally have cohessive gel high profile implants which feel like real breast tissue and will never leak or rupture and do not need to be replaced at any stage. Personally I highly recommend having them done or at least consult a surgeon and make an educated decision on if they are right for u...and if u find a great surgeon the chances of complications are certainly lowered...i would never consider going to thailand or anything for cosmetic surgery...just my personal opinion...i've seen some really botched jobs from there (however they have been some great ones too).

im not sure i could go with out sleeping on my stomach which i heard you cant do after having the fakies put in. i have always thought i would get them but. ill settle for a lift and i hate my nipples so i hear they can make the areola smaller and for me boobs are all about the nipple. they are like the eyes on your face.

I guess for some ( low esteem due very very small breasts) there are a necessary 'evil'. My ex ( her chose) decided to get implants. The surgeon only offered the round implants as aparently there is minimal side effects as opposed to the tear shaped ones that can apparently move. She looked hot with them covered but once naked that stood out like cannon balls with about the same texture! Girls go natural if you can.

I've had mine for 5 months and its the best thing I've done!!! I was not insecure or small before but just wanted the lift and fullness back in them. My partner and I love them, and so do those others we've shared them with.. ;-) Ladies go for it!!! Just remember, go to a really good surgeon, you get what you pay for and you don't want budget boobs!!! PS and to the girl earlier, you can sleep on your stomach, and do anything else you did before, plus much much more.

The better half wants hers done for the same reason, gravity! Now i am not adverse to it however i believe we should be able to "Roadtest". Ummmm, any takers/offers!!!!! Seriously though, it's real skin on the outside, and at the end of the day i just love breasts of all sorts shapes and sizes. Hey, as Rodney Carringon says, even man boobs will do!!

after being 6'1, slim and barely filling a 10a bra I finally decided what the hell, yes for me I did. I went for the smallest implant the surgeon would bother with, I just wanted a little more than a 10a cup and to look more in proportion. I had gorgeous breasts, beautiful shape, and big nipples, still have, just slightly bigger breasts now, with small under muscle implants. Now Im more confident and when someone gives me a second look I know its not because Im tall and extremely flat, I actually feel attractive now. A good surgeon is a must. Mine have been in around 2 years and I could sleep on them, or do anything with them within 3 months, and they still love to be played with ;) I think the smaller the implant vs existing breast tissue is the key to a more natural look and feel. Over the top sizewise wouldnt work so well I think.
