Coming inside gives the guy a chance to keep going after the event and can bring even more pleasure to both... condom or not, you can keep going for a bit after you cum. Well, I prefer to come inside. But have had some great experiences comming outside with the right partner. Its not the moment of orgasm thats best, its the time immediatly after that I find the best. Those sensations vary greatly depending on where in a woman you come.
