Because I love arms and want to see all of them. The AFL grand final yesterday In my world AFL is short for Arm Festival Land.

I like t shirt or singlet and those rugby like shorts. There is a guy at my gym he can pull it off. Actually if he pulled it all off would be even better. But then again he has lovely smile, says hello, asks you how your day going, open doors for you. I think that what makes him more look great to me. - Posted from rhpmobile

Compression tights and singlet for the well trained. Dad bod requires baggy shorts and t-shirt. Oh, and don't wear shorts over your tights. We like to dream about the bulge, it's helps us train harder.....

How about the "strips to his undies and flexes in the public gym mirror for an Instagram selfie" look.... which seems to be more common now lol 🙄 - Posted from rhpmobile

I work in a gym and I see lots of various gym clothing on both men and women. Most of the men wear shorts, tee shirt or muscle single shirt. Do not see men wearing tights except under their shorts or if they are cyclists. As long as you are comfortable in what you are wearing and a big thumbs up to you for going to the gym and being a better version of yourself.

The borat mankini is the most suitable....no worries with movement, keeps the mouse in the house yet offers the option for a pat on the arse in congratulations on a new PB.... Certainly the most masculine way of displaying ones temple in my mind.... - Posted from rhpmobile

Oh btw - personal etiquette is a must - wear deodorant, use a towel, don't wear jeans and work boots it's too uncomfortable to move your body. Don't hog the equipment and wipe your sweat off the weights, machines and cardio equipment - Posted from rhpmobile

Quoting 'AnnieWhichway' Compression tights and singlet for the well trained. ugh, compression tights for the douche who saw someone on TV wearing it? compression wear is absolute nonsense on most people wearing it at the gym. for recovery, or athletes with tough schedules, sure. But it is as big a nonsense for average gym goers as those who claim days off is required to prevent over-training and sickness - most people simply don't put in THAT much work where this is a realistic consideration. That said I'm sleeping in mine now - but I also just finished 14 games in 5 days at a tournament, 3 days off, then 9 in four days starting tomorrow.
