Female going down on another female, risks & precautions.

July 10 2017

Ok, as our profile states, the female half wants her first female to female experience, male half is concerned that a comdom is not going to work on her tongue lol. Heard theres like sheet like thing you can lay on the virgina though how imbarrassing would that be. Infections, sores etc is a lot easier to visualize on men, not so the case on women. What is everyones view, don't want female half getting disease/s. Obviously a concern for guys going down on women as well.

However I don't think there's any evidence that it can reduce the risk of infection, sti's are less likely to be transferred orally however there is still a risk.I actually only use protection for pentrative sex and not oral however I take precautions by being regularly screened for sti's (every three months for symptomless infections and every 6 months I have my blood work done for HIV).I think it's important to promote sexual health as much as possible when taking part in the lifestyle and I am instantly sceptical of any couple or single who is willing to go 'bare back'.

They are a very thin sheet of latex I think, and I don't see why it would be embarrassing. Using a condom isn't embarrassing! Lol Although I've never used a dental dam, I've never seen anyone use one and I've never seen them for sale in pharmacies. You may have to ask a pharmacy to order them in for you. Or try a Family Planning clinic. - Posted from rhpmobile

If you can't find one to buy you can make your own by cutting the tip off a condom then cut it from end to end making a little rubber sheet.

I've read a few articles about the latest reports from WHO on the 'Super' antibiotic-resistant gonorrhea - which can live in the throat, as well as genitals and butthole. I think in light of this, there might be a general change overall for people to view safer sex practices to include a barrier for oral sex. So, you might be seeing more dental dams next to condoms, shortly.
