Ex couples

January 20 2010

Wonder what it is when one member (usually male) of a now ex couple use their couple RHP profile to msg other couples. In their msg they use the excuse that they dont know how to change their profile, but heck while they are there wouuld you like to play. (Not the same as some who put on their profile that they have split up but dont go msg couples that they have split up). Very irritating

I hear what you are saying.. you think it's just some dude using the couple's profile as an angle to get an introduction... I mena... let's not give him any credibility at all.... he deserves no credence whatsoever ... because the couple split up... so... I cant tell you by reason that Im not a couple... tell me... and all those no good low down dirty rotten ex-couples out there.. exactly how do you change your profile.... you've got 40 seconds.   HUgs Stalky

I've heard the problem before and don't see why a member should have to abandon their paid up profile when it says perfectly clearly in the 'Help Menu' under 'Popular FAQS'- 'How do I change my member type'If your situation changes, or if you feel that a different member type suits you better, then it is possible to change this detail. Firstly, please facilitate the change by modifying your profile to reflect that of the new member type. If you were once a couple and now a single (or vice versa), then you need to adjust your profile write-up accordingly (ie - 'Man seeking' vs 'Couple seeking'). Your profile write-up must closely resemble the member type you have chosen for your profile and where required, the RedHotPie review team may determine the type for you. If your member type is not changed automatically by our review team, then please contact us via our Help Form. Please note that we reserve the right to change our members' member type at any time without notice, should we deem one type to be more appropriate than the one selected by the member. The most effective way I have found is to report the member via the 'Report Abuse' link at the top of each post or the 'report abuse' link at the very bottom of the page. That usually gets it sorted in a few hours. The people we have done it for have been grateful. PS: Speaking of pennies and pounds, I lost 5 kilos this week... not the type of crash diet I'd be recommending. Deb Quoting 'stalky' I hear what you are saying.. you think it's just some dude using the couple's profile as an angle to get an introduction... I know who you're referring to & the guy is SO NOT SEPERATED - in fact, he's very much still with his wife, who he let's out on play dates so he can hook up with whoever he wants.Great marriage they must have, one wonders why they bothered signing up for life if he just wants multiple women lol
