hey, for foods its just eating clean and healthy, avoid alcohol. If you gym that will boost your tortesterone and help as well. and mentally it will make you feel better about yourself which is probably the core which will help get you in the mood! :) by the sounds of it you are out in the mines or oil with heat? There are pretty good coolers which could keep your stuff okay and they are compact, you could even invest in small electric one if you wanted to go all out. Your mates will be stoked at you bringing in a powered esky ;) Good luck!

Increase protein, add strength training to at least 3 of your days, increase your sleep. If that doesn't work, maybe you could ask one of the seemingly millions of smokin' hot personal trainers that hang out on RHP. They seem to be everywhere! ;-) Good luck. Flirty x

M here. I usually take a stack of the following: 1. Multivitamin (Centrum) 2. Extra Vitamin B12 (for extra energy etc etc)3. Fish Oil4. Extra Vitamin C (I have a really silly allergy to a preservative and strangely, this helps keep it in check) 5. Ginseng extract Quite a few pills to take in the AM but one minute a day isn't going to kill you

Im curious by what you mean by "increase performance"? Mental output?Physical output?Sexual output?! (Seeing as everyone keeps telling us this is a Sex Site) They can all be wrapped up in the old adage of "Diet & Exercise"(Note that sexual output and sexual ability are different topics) I have studied nutrition, and have three friends who are pro athletes - one, a world class triathlete, who I discuss these things with regularly. Im not going to comment on your exercise, because you know what you do better than I do, but, I note your profile lists your physique as average. Can it be better? On food....as a general rule when looking to make change.... avoid processed foods as much as possible, try to stick with foods as they come in their natural state without much processing as processing adds preservatives, sugars, oils, starches, etc. The current buzzword is 'pale'... but don't get caught up in too much of the hype. Just keep choices simple so they're easier to follow. Off the tree, out of the ground, or off the animal... with minimal processing or steps of preparation before you get to eat it. * Avoid fruit juice and reduce fruit on the short term - its full of simple sugars* increase protein intake, with more frequent but smaller meals (every 3 hours). This has the benefit of regulating your energy levels better.* GET SLEEP!!!* Eat as many vegetables as you can - they're full of nutrients and fibre but low in simple sugars. Snack on carrots, nuts, beans, peas, olives and cherry tomatoes * Swap potato for sweet potato and pumpkin* load up on tomato and red capsicum...... the lycopene in it is seriously good for you (I know a pro athlete who eats a tablespoon of tomato paste every morning)*Always brush your teeth. Poor oral health affects your heart. ***Increase fibre..... most people have no idea how important a role the type of gut bacteria we have has in our digestive system has on our health, development and even intelligence. In short, more soluble fibre = better gut health = better overall health. Make Metamucil your daily friend. Western diets are loaded with sugar and fat calories and way too light in fibre.... consequently, the diversity of gut bacteria in the west is seriously limited, affecting our digestive ability and overall health. And if your friends give you shit for the choices YOU make to improve YOUR health..... ignore them.As you get healthier, you'll likely notice they start asking you questions.... and... making envious comments. A good varied diet should have plenty of iron with many processed foods have been supplemented with iron, and a small daily portion of red meat giving most healthy men all the iron they will need. It has been said "Once one feels thirsty, they are already in the stages of dehydration". Dehydration knocks us around. A few years up on the roof, I learnt how the effects can take place and it takes quite some time to re-hydrate. Hydralyte Tablets are great for fast recovery to dehydration, and I believe a Banana is loaded with potassium. Gatorade similar to Staminade, I remember seeing the story of how an American football team had a doctor or nutritionist design the stuff, taking the team to victory for the season, the leading edge back in the day, think the team was called The Gators or something of the likes.

I eat ice cream out of the container while sprinkling with smarties. I exercise my arms by opening the fridge door. I eat pizza hot and cold and put chocolate syrup on them for good measure The baker is in love with me cause I am his best customer I get more sex than hot meals. But then I star fish to save energy. just eat natural foods, not to much and balance that with sexercise. I also get vitb12 shots once a month it used to be once a week. After tearing my rotor cuff and having surgery the surgeontold me to quit smoking as to aid recovery speed.However I did not do that yet at review the surgeon and physio both stated I am months ahead with recovery.I have also beaten cancer and my health is better than expected for age.I am a very jovial fellow and I think attitude helps somy suggestion is think positive and don't let work or stressaffect your sex or love life.If you want to take vitamins and all that stuff as suggestedabove then do so and try them.Nothing ventured is nothing gained.

Already been said above but try and minimise processed foods. If you have energy slumps maybe try for smaller meals more frequently. And get some exercise in, lifting some weights will add some lean mass and increase your metabolism and hence increase energy. Good luck.

madotara - loved reading your answers on this topic. In my work place I see many men relying on prescription medication, creams, gels, injections to help with their sex lives. One man went into a deep and meaningful with me while I asked him had he had this type of medication before and I needed to ask him a few questions before I could give these little tablets to him. I could tell he was anxious and embarrassed that he had to ask for help with his sex life. He told me that he was under alot of stress with his work, he wasnt eating as well as he could, that is was easier to open a can of food or get take away on his way to work then to cook at home. He even put his hands on his stomach and said he needed to shift the weight there aswell... In alot of ways he answered his own questions as to why he may need to be seeking medical help with sex... He did throw in at the end of the conversation that his partner was tired all the time with the kids and she wasnt overly interested in sex anymore. I could have talked to him for hours about this - I gave him the advise that I could give him in my work place and he left feeling alittle more positive. Great topic - it affects alot of ppl

Bodywieght squats, Bodyweight lunges, Argitine Argotine and more Argintine (even thought I spelt it wrong, it works) It has something to do with the nitric oxide combo in our male bodys or the effect nitric oxides have in our bodies. The best exercise to release testoserone from the testicles is squats. But squats done properly. If you can find orthinine take that as well but I have found out years ago that is it banned in this country. don't know why because it worked well with the argitine.
