  To be honest I wouldn't touch anyone with a ten foot pole who uses date finder to me it screams mega desparate and a bit to lazy to put the effort in to find people. I don't know why but it does.

  I have only used it once - was blown away by the amount of interest however people did not read the date details or my profile but nothing new there, however that meant I wasted my time.

  Inkjunkies, good post..have ponded over the datefinder thingy...have put up on the odd occasion, heck I need a date to go to a function here n there...only reason I have used it..apart from feeling frisky also.... I think it is pretty cool... I get where you are coming from Kitten, seems a little desperate although guests have limited options and if putting up the odd datefinder here and there so what! Bit like the travel finder also, soon travelling to Melbourne and have made contact with fellow rhp's and looking forward to meeting up with them....all good.. xxx

  I think they respond to single girls a lot but no so much couples, that has been our experience.

  we think the date finder feature is a great idea.. nothing desperate about it? we are all busy and sometimes forget who we were supposed to catch up with...lol So the datefinder lets people check whos around the night you are free Having said that...we havent had much luck with it either..like tweetypie said - lots of people keen with no pics or from woop woop? but get plenty of interest thru our profile.. Aligning the planets is the trick...hahha B

  yahh have to agree with ya there ink... when we do put date finders on, we usually get a couple interests but doesnt tend to go much further than that... ya find that people your not compatible with reply!!bit of a waste of time if you ask me!!!!! i find the chat room as an ice breaker way better!! however, we dont feel it is desperate.. i mean, how else are you suppose to know if people are free? its like advertising that "hey, im free" if you like me, im letting you know im interested! NOT desperate! we will continue to post date finders :Pink junkies.... we are always interested in your dates!! hehe *blush*funnywee's xoxox
