People who can get me the information that I needPeople that protect me or have protected me in the pastPeople that can do special jobs for meMy most memorable connection. An ex boyfriend of course. We played mental and sexual games on a level I have never experienced with anyone else. We both got off on it because we were just so bad to each other. I met my match and he'd met his. You cant be with a person like that, because the games become so daring that you will if you stay together extinguish each other.

A connection is some kind of sensation.... you just know it when you feel it. I think many of us are connected by our environmental experiences. Traumatic experiences generate the strongest vibes... vibes that are recognised by the people who have had those experiences. I think we are drawn together by them. In recent years, when something attracts me to a person, I have asked myself... "am I connected to this person"... and if so, I try to work out what the environmetal connection is. Call it my own litle social experiment..... or call me crazy... but there's more to it than co-incidence. Think about this for a minute... some people have throughout the ages have recognised an aura that surrounds other people... it's in ancient drawings... it's in medieval drawings... a field of energy surrounding a person's head. We know nothing much about the energy that makes out brains work... we can measure electronic pulses with an electronic device.. that's about it. What we know about energy is that just like a magnet... some parts repel and some attract... so why is it so hard to believe that a small electronic field around our heads gives us a sense of attraction or repulsion towards another mind... and why is it hard to believe that our environmental influences can also influence/change that electric field. Well, I can only speculate on all this. In the interim. I do beleive that we are all connected and some of those connections are far stronger than others... and the strong ones are the ones we sense. Who here can say that they have never met someone that they liked or disliked straight off the bat, before a word was spoken. Hugs Gaz

Hard question! I agree with Gaz's comments above. Some connections are far stronger than others. I like lots of people and I'm attracted to lots of people too but I wouldn't necessarily say that we have "a connection". I haven't yet found anyone I have a "perfect" connection with.... and I think that people who find that are extremely lucky.

I agree Sophie.... connections are different with the different people in your life....to me a connection is when the other person has some form of impact on your underlying being (and vice versa i guess normally). its an intensity that goes beyond attraction or love - and allows that person access to the true inner you... or something like that.... But Sophie...what was yr most memorable connection? @b

My most memorable connection is intensely personal and private 2B :P... I'm not sure how much I want to share! lol Some random words and thoughts that come immediately to mind are: Freedom. Confinement. Pain. Absolution. Lust. Obedience. Praise. Punishment. Desire. All at the same time. A never-ending cacophany of sensations, and an orchestra score of scripted deviances, all in perfect time and in perfect pitch. Being stripped naked from the inside out. The imprint of his hands and mind on my body. This was, and still is, my most memorable connection.

I'd hate to think what you could compose with some planning and thought... but i think that "the imprint of his hands and mind on my body" sums it up pretty well. Thanks again... 2b

Sophie... i dont think there is such a thing as a perfect connection....each is different.... like dna.... the more intense the less sustainable.... the more mld the more enduring.... the special connections are those that grow and change overtime .... morphing and therefore extending the impact for each party... they all have their purpose and reason... finding and understanding the reason is the growth they provide... and the fun they give whilst they are still there....welll 2 me anyway lol. 2b :)

Yes, I agree, probably don't exist... and "the more intense the less sustainable" has always been very true with my personal experiences.
