Until recently have been using a slicone stretch ring , but found that at times it became just to tight . Switched over to a good quality adjustable lasso type and it works like a charm. Cock rings have been around for ages and I find that all the advantages claimed are spot on . If they were good enough for the Romans then they are good enough for me !

According to Dr Google there is no evidence to suggest that cock rings cause long term damage , provided that they are used safely i.e not for longer than 20 to 30 minutes before release . If they are used to compensate for ED , then have that problem attended to rather than using a ring .
