The article didn't go in to if/how the broken penis could be repaired and I didn't have time to look it up. A splint would be awkward. Scared me a little.

I'd only previously read about them. They need surgical repair, which includes a free circumcision (if he is not already) and then "skinning the rabbit" down to find the bleeding blood vessel, which is usually down near the base. Results in a bit of penile shortening and risk of erectile problems. Looked really bloody painful too!!! Cowgirl position is the most common offender.

Recently while enjoying the vista of reverse cowgirl.... she did move a little one way, and mini me went the other. Not an ouch moment... but... momentarily uncomfortable as I tend not to bend too well when rather hard. Seen photos of damaged dongs.... and always have a guiding hand... handy.. to prevent such accidents.

The injury is a lesion to the muscle fibre. Because the muscle is formed into a column rather than linear, the scar tissue from a injury causes the column to tilt as it fails to expand on that side. In extreme causes, this can cause pain and loss of function that require surgical intervention to remove the scar tissue and even up the column. The most common cause of injury from sex (it can be also caused by other events obviously) is sudden blunt trauma when the penis fails to hit the hole. In most positions, the male can stop or the penis can slide along the path of least resistance which minimises the force but in female on top or cowgirl, the force is beyond the male's control and there is less space for an alternative escape route. - Posted from rhpmobile

Prevention is the best remedy, plus if it slips into the abyss, great for holding on and riding out the waves of chaotic intensities. Disclaimer: Don't try this at home, we do our own stunts.
