  Not offensive at all. Yes it’s happened to us with an old pic being used. The guy was at least 30kg heavier than the pic showed.

  I think it’s reasonable although I always try to tell people‘here’s a pic from last weekend’ for example so as to make it less awkward!!

  Do you think maybe it’s because you’ve only got one pic that’s hidden so they think you’re rude to question them about something you don’t even provide? I’d think that was rude, I wouldn’t be annoyed if someone with decent pics asked me about the age of my pictures but someone with nothing on display really shouldn’t be asking others questions.

  Half of the male profiles on here dont have any photos. Its an adult dating site....Im not attracted to squares of blurry fuzzinothing. To answer the question, its easy enough to send a quick face selfie. If thats too much of a bother, then Im not interested.

  It is a site for hooking up (of various types, depending on the person), not Facebook. A few older photos out and about or face ones to set what you like etc. are fine, but I'd say body shots should be within 2 years, less if there's been major changes (good or bad). Otherwise you're selling a story rather than reality. Has anyone EVER posted 'Well I met up with this man/woman who was 20kg heavier and/or 10 years older than their photo's and I didn't care in the least they deceived me!'?! The other side though is don't ask before you're willing to give. Have current pic(s) yourself, clearly available and you're going to get a lot less just ignoring your profile. We guys are already going to struggle to stand out, why would you make it even harder with no photos? Who goes 'Well there are all these interesting profiles with photo's, that I barely have time to look at. I'm a masochist though, so I'll just hunt through all the one's with none instead!'?

  Oh and my favourite is “I’m quite well off and well known in social circles, so I like to keep my photos private” I prefer to meet in person. Sure good luck with that. 👋

  Interestingly, on some other sites, you have to upload a face pic and provide a write up about yourself. Some guys here seem to think as long as they have a dick they are bound to score, even with no pic and an empty profile.

  each to their own, privacy online is two way mutual process. Just because ones face isnt shown doesnt mean people arent will willing to share. Hence the saying never judge a book by its cover. Who cares if someone looks different, what happened to spontenaity if a blind date wasnt blind then whats the fun in that. People will judge for their own reasons. Isnt life all about negotiation

  I can’t even get face pics so at least you are doing okay. Dick pics come uninvited constantly but it’s like pulling teeth trying to get a face pic. Which is the most important thing to me.
