    Sometimes the site doesn't like the use of the symbol for 'and' ; it converts it to gibberish much like what you are questioning. Other than that, NFI

    It's the symbol for "and". Just ignore the #39. Who knows how the hell that sneaks in there!!

    it is ASCII for the aspostrophe .. sometimes codes get messed up.. confused... out of sync.. much like people.. then they quote jibberish!!!

    I fail to see WHY people cannot work out how to use GOOGLE... but can use some of the most complicated APPs available Just wondering....

    "&" comes up as "amp".

    Quoting 'Meander' "&" comes up as "amp". amp = ampersand ampersand = correct name for the symbol &
