By entering the RedHotPie The X-Files competition you are acknowledging and agree to be bound by these competition terms and conditions, which form part of this competition.

RedHotPie competitions are only open to members of RedHotPie.com.au.

Only one entry per valid email address will be allowed.

Entries must be submitted in accordance with details outlined. Entries containing the correct answer as defined by the promoter will be eligible to win the prize.

The random draw for the prize will take place immediately at the conclusion of the competition and winners will be drawn within 48 hours. Last lodgment time for entries, into the draw will be midnight on July 27, 2008. Prizes will be posted to the winner's submitted postal address within 72 hours.

Each winner will receive one of 25 double in-season passes for The X-Files.

Your email address will never be sold or given to any other commercial 3rd party for any purpose. By entering you agree that your name and any photographic or digital image/s of yourself captured during any delivery or hand over of the prize package may be used by RedHotPie on the RedHotPie.com.au website or in any promotional purpose of notifying the general public of the result of the competition.

RedHotPie will make every and all endeavors to supply the indicated prize package to the winner at the earliest possible moment but will not be held responsible for any delays in delivering the prize package due to the inability of supplier to supply the goods in any specific time period. Brands and/or models may be substituted at RedHotPie's discretion in order to affect delivery of prize package to the winner in a timely fashion. RedHotPie or its parent company make no warranty to the quality or serviceability of any of the goods provided as prizes set out under these terms and conditions and any claims for such should be in accordance with the manufacturers warranty policy/statement.

None of the goods/prizes offered in this competition is transferable for cash.

All results and decisions made by RedHotPie will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
