Swinging friendly hotels in perth?

We’re looking for a hotel in perth, preferably the CBD to host gangbang for the hotwife! Wondering is anyone knows hotels where it’s easy for ‘guests’ to come to the room without one of us constantly going down to the lobby to let them in? Minor inconvenience but would be great if we just got knocks at the door when it was time!

The QT hotel? Big rooms. Not sure about the convenience of letting ppl in but can go to the rooftop bar.
Book an end room if possible to have less neighbours, enjoy!!
