What is the RedHotPie Travel Profile?

A Travel Profile duplicates your member profile in the state or country you are visiting – your original member profile remains listed in your original location.
There is a section in your Travel Profile to write a detailed description of your travel plans so other RedHotPie members from that area can contact you.
You can change your profile title on your Travel Profile.
You may have multiple Travel Profiles listed at one time if you’re are planning on visiting more than one location; however you may only have 1 Travel Profile in 1 location on any given date. E.g. – You cannot be in two places at once.
You are able to post your travel plans up to six months in advance

You can post a Travel Profile in any location around Australia as well as New Zealand, Bali & Phuket.
If you are planning a trip to Bali or Phuket you can complete your own Travel Profile and also search for other RedHotPie members who may be visiting those locations at the same time. You might even like to plan your holiday based around meeting up with other RedHotPie members.

Your Travel Profile will appear in the member search results for the location you are travelling to; they are clearly identified in the search results with the travelling globe icon.
Location searches on RedHotPie now include Bali & Phuket, if you post a travelling profile in either of these two locations others can easily find you by doing a basic location search.
There is also a tab on top of the member search listings called “travelling”, clicking on this tab will display all Travel Profiles for that location.

You can post a Travel Profile by visiting your Manage Account / Profile and clicking on the "Travel Plans" link. The “Manage Account / Profile” tab is located in the top left hand corner of the homepage, in the dark grey box right below your mailbox tab.
