RedHotPie Recommended Email Settings
Some information about RedHotPie email notifications:
Every now and then a few of our emails may go out on the same day, all landing in
your inbox at once. If this happens, please don’t mark or report any unwanted correspondence
of junk or spam as that will most likely mean we won’t be able to get any emails
to you, no matter how important. To make sure that you receive our emails choose
your email provider from the list below and follow the instructions.
Choose
your email provider:
Windows Live Hotmail
- Please do not hit the "Junk" button when you are viewing emails from RedHotPie.
Marking one email as junk will cause all emails from RedHotPie (including service
and billing correspondence) to be automatically delivered to your Junk Email folder
and deleted.
- Check your Junk Email folder and remove all RedHotPie emails: if you find an email
from RedHotPie in your Junk Email folder, open the email and click the "Not Junk"
button.
- Complete the following steps to ensure that you receive all future RedHotPie emails:
- Go to your inbox and click on "Options" at the upper right
- Choose "More Options"
- Choose "Safe and blocked senders" under the "Junk e-mail" heading
- Choose the first option "Safe senders"
- Type "RedHotPie.com.au" in the address box
- Click the "Add to list" button
Hotmail
- Please do not hit the "Junk" button when you are viewing emails from RedHotPie.
Marking one email as junk will cause all emails from RedHotPie (including service
and billing correspondence) to be automatically delivered to your Junk Email folder
and deleted.
- Check your Junk Email folder and remove all RedHotPie emails: if you find an email
from RedHotPie in your Junk Email folder, open the email and click the "Not Junk"
button.
- Complete the following steps to ensure that you receive all future RedHotPie emails:
- Choose "Options" at the upper right of your inbox screen.
- Choose the first mail option, "Junk E-Mail Protection."
- Choose the link, "Safe List."
- Type "redhotpie.com" in the address box.
- Click the "Add" button.
Yahoo! Mail
- Please do not click the "Spam" button when you are viewing emails from RedHotPie.
Marking one email as spam may prevent you from getting any future RedHotPie emails
(including service and billing correspondence).
- Add RedHotPie email addresses to your Address Book by following these steps:
- From your Inbox, select "Add Contact" from the "Addresses" drop-down menu.
Or, click the "Add Contact" button.
- Enter any of the RedHotPie email addresses from email you have received into the
"Email" field. Some common RedHotPie email addresses are:
- billing@redhotpie.com.au
- help@redhotpie.com.au
- noreply@redhotpie.com.au
- Click the "Save" button.
Gmail
- In the "Quick Contacts" section on the left side, click "Add Contact." In the resulting
text box, type each of the following email addresses and click the "Save" button
after each entry.
- billing@redhotpie.com.au
- help@redhotpie.com.au
- noreply@redhotpie.com.au
- It is a good idea to routinely check your spam, junk and blocked email folders to
see if any RedHotPie messages were routed there by mistake.
Microsoft Outlook
- From the Tools menu, select "Options."
- At the "Preferences" tab, under E-mail, click "Junk E-mail."
- Click the "Safe Senders" or "Safe Recipients" tab.
- Click "Add."
- Type "@RedHotPie.com.au" or type each of the following email addresses in the address
box:
- billing@redhotpie.com.au
- help@redhotpie.com.au
- noreply@redhotpie.com.au
- Click the "OK" button.
Other Email Programs
- Add the following addresses to any address books or safe lists for your email service
provider:
- billing@redhotpie.com.au
- help@redhotpie.com.au
- noreply@redhotpie.com.au
- It is a good idea to routinely check your spam, junk and blocked email folders to
see if any RedHotPie messages were routed there by mistake.
