I would probably only be mildly concerned if this has only just recently started happening and that your volume of ejaculate had been otherwise normal (say 3-4 teaspoons). If it's only a recent occurrence, it's worth going to your GP for a check-up just in case. Men over 40 should consider regular consultations with a doctor to make sure their plumbing (including the prostate) is all in order.
If however your ejaculate has always been generous in volume, and you've had a once-over with your GP, you can assume that this is your very own 'normal'. There's certainly a lot of porn on the net featuring guys who can produce a lot of semen so it's not an entirely uncommon thing.
If you're concerned that the amount of ejaculate is going to turn off a sexual partner, you may need to have a few solo sessions to lighten the load, so to speak. In terms of safe sex, you might need to look into condoms that have a more accommodating tip or pull out before ejaculating. If any of the videos I've seen (for educational purposes...) is anything to go by, there is no condom known to man that can safely contain the goods.
Other than that, enjoy what nature has given you and again, if those vids are anything to go by, some women seem to love a continuous stream of man juice...
