Hi Samantha,
I know lots of you gals say the size of a mans appendage doesn't matter, but funnily enough, it does to a guy. I consider myself smaller than average at about 5 to 6 inches. Now I have noticed with most men, the bigger they are flaccid, the less they grow when hard. Some just get stiff, others double in size. When I'm soft I am about 2 inches and as round as a marble, very small in fact, but when I harden I swell many many times (thankfully) more than my flaccid size, not proportional to most other men I've seen! Now the thing is my flaccid size is embarrassing when I'm not aroused at swingers events or even the guys loo, (yes girls, men do have a quick comparison peek ) and I've even seen the odd snigger. My question is, without surgery, is there any way of improving my flaccid size, and as a side note, do those pills and pumps and other gadgets really work as claimed, or not, as I suspect. I think you'll find that many men are the proud owners of 5/6-inch penises but I do sympathise with your dilemma when your penis is at ease.
Sadly, I don't think there is a lot you can do. I have read about penis pumps and while some men have found them effective, I think at best it adds an inch to your business and is certainly not permanent. It may be worth visiting your local sex shop for advice.
You could otherwise try a few tricks to see if you can give the illusion of a bigger member. If you have a lot of pubic hair you can try and trim it back in order to accentuate your penis. If you are on the heavier side, you could consider losing a few kilos for the same reason. I remember reading about a Japanese porn star who specifically kept slim to make his penis seem bigger.
Failing that, if you are mainly concerned about public opinion at swingers events, try keeping a towel or sexy undies handy for whenever you're out of the bedroom or spa.
Do keep in mind that ultimately, women (except maybe 'size queens' are more interested in building rapport with a partner. As long as you can get you and your buddy sorted with the ladies, who cares about those sniggering clowns?

I read somewhere a while ago about a surgery where they cut i think the muscle connecting your penis to your pubic bone and that will increase flaccid penis size but not erect size
