A noisy British love-maker has been arrested again over loud sex romps with her husband.

Caroline Cartwright was in court eight weeks ago after breaching an order preventing her from having noisy sex with husband Steve, the Telegraph newspaper reports.

The 49-year-old from Washington in the UK's northwest was handed a suspended sentence but was arrested last week after a neighbour complained about screams coming from the living room.

"This is just ridiculous ... it was just for 10 minutes at around 10.15am on a Sunday morning," Mrs Cartwright said.

"You couldn't hear that much because the bed is downstairs in the dining room and not in the bedroom.

"They said they believed I had breached the [court order] again because two neighbours said they heard us. It was only 10 minutes, not like the two hour sessions we used to have.

"I'm now back in the hostel where I was before. I call it my holiday home."

Mrs Cartwright, who has been ordered to stay away from her home, was jailed last year after she broke a four-year ban preventing her from having noisy sex anywhere in England and Wales.

She was sent to a hostel 10 days later while waiting for her trial, where she eventually pleaded guilty.

A judge ordered her to be jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months with 12 months supervision.

Mrs Cartwright will appear in court on May 13.
