French actress Marion Cotillard stars in a new spoof ad for 'Forehead Tittaes' — stick-on head-boobs designed to divert a man's attention away from your chest and onto your face.

In the hilarious commercial produced by Funny Or Die, the Oscar winner describes the plastic accessories as "France's best kept secret".

"Earn their respect without sacrificing your femininity," she says.
