Viagra as already stated is a prescription drug in this country as it is in many others - thre are several reasons for that, mainly being that a man is subjected to a medical check and questioned for his suitability to the drug. before being perscribed. Every so often, one will come across a man for which Viagra is completely unsiuitable..and I cant even begin to tell you how many men I ve treated the side effects of Viagra for...including heart attack from over usage or overdosing..( Google the side effects of Viagra ) ...and if the man is a smoker and heavy drinker he triples his unsuitability by 4 times....

If you buy Viagra or similar drugs off the internet - more than like the address will be American but the drugs come from South America and Asia....the "drug" will have some of the components of Viagra but it will also be "cut" with other drugs just like heroin and cocaine are ..the cuts being Ajax, sugar, icing sugar, or god forbid even rat poison..... I' ve have attended deaths where cause of death after taking "Viagra" is actually poisoning.

Penis enlargement Pills. ??......ah No....not such thing....

Horny Goat Weed ???....um...nope...another myth...its marketed as a aphrodiasic ... but someone is laughing hard over how its suppose to do it for you

No such  thing (yet) as female equivalent of Viagra.....a drug to get a woman horny and keep her that way...guys you already know the secret to that !!!.................................................................................................dont you ?

...and I will only add my usual shinola.  There is no known "penis enlargement pill" either pharmaceutical or homeopathic organic that would be any more effective than eating a half dozen dandelions...they do not exist.  Both Viagra (peak efficacy of 4-6 hours) and Cialis (peak efficacy of up to 48 hours) are prescription only and rightly so as either can be contraindicated due to health or other medications that you may be taking.  I am not sure if either is available yet as a generic but may be soon.

The short answer is that you can't get good or cheap...and you should never buy any prescription drug online.  There are horror stories plastered all over the internet about these two drugs and many others.  One that occurred here in Australia was a man that when into a coma after taking an online version which was actually more insulin than anything else.  Pill presses are easy to buy or make...and don't be fooled by a .com or a .au internet address as you can operate one of these from anywhere in the world with ease.

Neither of these will increase or enhance your libido and only facilitate the ease with which you may get and/or maintain an erection.  As FatDick pointed out...excessive use like any number of drugs will eventually lead to them being less effective if not useless and in the case of these, ramping and amping the dosage randomly is not all that hot of an idea.
