We have been in the scene long enough to sense when things just don't appear kosher. This one could prove awkward at best and down right disasterous/dangerous at worst. Our feeling is stay away - this scenario has flies all over it. Ask yourself - Do you really need to go there ????

The problem is if she is not aware. Commencing after her partner gave permission is no defence. He cannot give permission for her and his permissin to be there in this situation does not provide you with a right to her.
If she is unaware, is confronted, especially in her home by strangers and then tied up without consent, Trust me - that is prima facia asault, false imprisonment and trespass and there have been cases similar where those who thought they were 'having a bit of fun' have had to answer some ver serious legal questions and failed to have a proper defence.
