i think the point was, if you are promulgating the brains vs brawn argument then you should at least demonstrate a grasp of the english language, you dont have to be an english teacher to do that lol

I think what MS was saying, was that you may have come across as the opposite to what you claim, ie: "like a personality/brain, and not just chucks of meat,hahahah"

The first impression you give off, counts. Spelling is a HUGE issue for a lot of people, so taking the time to correct grammatical and spelling mistakes is a big one. If we get a "u's are fully hot lik, just wot we is after" gets a delete button. Judging people? Sure, but then again, there are thousands of others to choose from...

Single guys are really in abundance here, so you NEED to stand out from the crowd. Selling yourself short won't work. Your face shot is a plus, but the remainder of your profile isn't really selling yourself. You don't need anything long, but you do need to give potential partners a reason to want to take the next step. Of course, your initial message must be interesting too...

Firstly, you have lumped ALL women from WA in to one category. Probably not the best choice of wording if you didn't want to start on the offense. To which category you are lumping them took me a while to decipher. Most likely because I found your post difficult to understand and I had to read the "tattooed overweight with muscle men" a few times, wondering exactly what you meant.

You asked if there was more "to it" than purely physical asking if "personality/brains" come in to it.  Yes, yes they do!
Here's the kicker... your personality and brains can only "initially" be conveyed through your text here. Put some effort in to it and do your best to "showcase" your personality/brains if that is what you think your most attractive assets are. Perhaps if you find you are not getting great responses, then maybe spend more than 10 seconds to whack out a post that takes readers five times as long to read - that's if they keep trying.  See where ms_at_69 is coming from? She answered your question.

Me personally I prefer a man that can string a sentence together in a way that doesn't confuse me. Also prefer men they don't tar all women with the same brush - we are all individuals with our own turn-ons and turn-offs.

 

Given the type of site this is, yes appearences do count for more than personality - aren't we all only looking for brief physical relationships (encounters) and not "the one"?

 

of course there is such a thing seeker, just take a look at most powerlifters, also i played gridiron until recently, and there were a lot of larger guys there that were very strong... you just cant see the muscles is all... lol

I must agree with 'twowithnolimits', daithi83, if you are trying to promote that you have brains and not brawn, then perhaps you should at the very least run a spellcheck...
