We found that in the south of France (Provence-Côte d'Azur) all the women around the pool were topless and that this was acceptable, even on the beach.

There is of course the nude city - Cap d'Agde, which we are told is the place to visit.

Lets not forget Swanbourne (nude) beach in Perth WA is great for summer and 80-mile Beach at Broome WA is best near winter time.
