This is how i dealt with it (mind you i am already in a happy relationship, so take that into account) You have to come to the realisation that nobody finds you appealing anymore (you still have 10 to 15 years yet) and give up looking...yes i know seems kinda defeatist,  but you can only bash your head against a wall for so long before you end up with brain damage...lol

Sometimes you just gotta admit defeat....hard as that may be.
