Have people researched extra ways for protection.
Safe: There is no question that sex with a super tough condom; without kissing; without oral sex is the safest approack. But who wants that? (No takers)
Next1: Add kissing being careful not to brush your teeth within 2 hours is next safest.
Next2. Take the risk of oral giving.
I am very considered in terms of risks and believe a partner (and self) are only as safe as their last tests (or virginity). Meaning its sex history since that point.
For me, Condoms are good but still there are finite risks. Condoms split and condoms slip off for guys who regularly power through the first orgasm. Changing condoms after times when semen come out are tough. Also there are finite risks in getting one of the 3 nasty ones (HiV, HepC, Herpes) with kissing and also with giving oral to a woman.
My approach is:
1. Totally avoid high risk groups (fully) or people who have had sex with high risk groups (Gay, IV Users, Random players, uneducated players, untested players)
2. I personally have HepC protection. I have done that by getting the HepB vaccination and having that take-up tested.Women have HPV option in early vaccination as well.
3. If in doubt use a condom. In a way its not how many partners a woman has but how many since her last full testing.
4. Personally I have testing every 3 months at (old quarry st STI clinic) now in Northbridge. For young people its $40 per year until age 25 but they apply the same if you have a history with them.
5. Understand what the risks actually are in detail - the STi clinic can tell you. As it happens Perth is very low. Add to that the stats involved in getting HIV.
6. Encourage dual testing and avoid one nighters, one weekers. Good for man, good for woman and good for society. I keep copies of all my testing and make point of showing.
7. Short term HIV testing. The old HIV testing where two tests are required 30 days apart to check for recent HIV takeup have extra options now. The 10 day tests are useful - even if not perfect.
8. Discuss early. In a way discuss before you meet and not leave to the lust and passions of the moment. Know what you are getting into lol
Knowledge is all important for sure. And in this context skin on skin pleasures, oral giving and so on are all important.
Any suggestions are welcome (and I would or course pass through people at STI clinic.
Thought I would double check. FPWA Sexual health clinic have never seen a case of HIV in the last 5 years for hetro. Keep off anal, avoid people who have IV drugs or gay and get regular tests for everyone and you will be good. Unwanted pregnancy rates are quite high.
You can get aclinic tests or advice for a year at less than $1 per week - unlimited tests. Phone 08 9227 6177 to make an appointment at our main clinic conveniently situated in Northbridge or phone 08 9430 4544 to make an appointment at our Quarry Health Centre for Under 25s in Fremantle.
cool
thankyou Explorefun , you are a font of knowledge!!!
glad to hear that!!, it was on today tonight or one of those programs this week ( it was in colour so def true!!;p ), just think people should be aware that its still lurking about
good advice Mr fun!
Source the program you watched. I lookedat the EPG and could not see anything last weekend. I willfollowup.
Just as you can do withe staffclinicalnurse that I quoted from the STI clinic. also I have a series of protections etc.
Its good to query. of course no sex is safest; then allow condoms no kissing no oral etc
Humans crave touch..?? I'd hate to live your world....Tests every 3 months? Maybe slow down and choose a good partner for a few years?

Well you could say the same about oral sex.. you can catch anything they got by licking or sucking, I for one don’t like eating rubber, as a male if you want to suck on my cock with a rubber on I rather not have sex....
Females like guys to stick their tongue deep in her wet pussy without a cover on her pussy, this leaves him to catch whatever she has and the same when a female suck a dick and get a mouth full of cum (if you think "if" he don’t blow I'm alright NO as you have pree-cum all the time),, that leaves sex without oral, stick a condom on have a fuck and leave..
After all it all comes down to trust in the people or person you are having sex with.. I discussed this with my doctor as I am bisexual and he stated that any diseases that males or females have you will catch by having oral sex... So girls you should also wear a rubber guard on your pussy so guys don’t catch what you have it's got to work both ways.. The only safe sex is to have is one partner and do not have sex with others... But that’s not why we are all here is it.. If you have oral sex without a guard then a rubber is only good to stop unwanted babies..
PSS HIV (aids) can also be transferred by oral sex.... It comes down to TRUST in people that they don't have a VD.. Best way to stay safe is NOT to have sex at all.
