Yes this is definately a fetish. Photography as a fetish is nothing new and there are many around that have this fetish

fetishes are many and varied so musch to that if you can think of it someone out there has a fetish for it.

By my thinking and understaning a fetish is an object, activity, part of the body or anything else that you can think of which arouses sexual desire or is necessary for one to reach full sexual satisfaction.

There is also the school of thought that if 2 or more people are into it, it constitutes a legitimate fetish.
