New couple...looking for...other newbies?

Hi all,

We're a relatively young couple new to the scene (or new to the zoo, to name drop ourselves) and after your collective opinion (if anyone is reading the Brisbane forum - it doesn't seem to be used too often).

We've talked about the 'type' of person/s we're looking for, and have both agreed that we're after someone/s who are also completely new to the whole sharing and caring deal. We figured, if they were new, they'd be just as nervous, excited, keen to experiment, etc, as we were. We'd all be in the same head-space.

So, the question is: what are your thoughts on this. Should new couples be looking for other newbies? Or do you think it would be better to be with someone/s with some experience, or does it ultimately not really matter?

pssst

Hi newbies

we have just spent the last 2 years going thru the whole learning/experiencing and making mistake thing ourselves.

from nothing to hosting our own couples partys :)

Its been great!

We have learnt lots from listening to others and attending clubs/private partys/coffee meets and reading forums.

I dont think 2 newbie couples would work well, as no one knows what to do to help you relax/take charge/suggest next moves/speak up if its not going right etc etc.

Have a chat to brett and donna or such "travelled couples"

and then deside whats right for you

...keep it simple and fun

:>

Fellow newbie

Hi newbies,

Well we are in exactly the same boat as you.  Have been looking since May for a couple that we connect with (as that is important for us) and have not had a lot of success. We as well are thinking that we would like a couple who have no or limited experience.  That's mainly because some people are quite 'hardcore' and its all about the sex for them whereas with a newbie we are hoping it is more about the whole experience.    And we think that with 2 newbie couples that it could be a barrel of laughs / fun to 'feel' your way through the whole event. That said at some point someone has to take the lead if you are all on the same page and so you need someone will to do that.  If you want "live' and contact us to chat about it happy for that to happen.  Cheers Walsht1

Newbies.....?

We investigated the "lifestyle" for years before jumping the preverbial fence and still considered ourselves newbies.  We knew what we wanted & tried to convey it to the people we met (prior to meeting), who were agreeable to back-off if we all weren't comfortable.  The majority were wonderful & very understanding but we did come across a minority who became pushy, wanting us to make a decision before the 2nd round of drinks hit the table.  If we weren't sure of our decision these people would have turned us off taking it any further.

Possibly finding a couple of your status will help but then meeting a couple who are experienced might be of more benefit (I agree with Adventure Time on this). So just go out & meet people, either at clubs or at parties and go with the flow.

Newbies always welcome

Newbies, always welcome at CI as we get heaps through here each weekend.
Take your first steps together and meet other newbies in person guys, you will find they are just as nervous as you are.
But after a while you will wonder why you were nervous at all.
