Hi to the couples reading. Does anyone have any positive experiences re Kambah Pool or any other river/lake area in the ACT that they would like to share with us. Or for that matter anywhere that we should avoid eg too many lurkers etc. Thanks A&K.

The main beach and a little down river is good for couples and straight singles, It's when you head further down river you hit the gay section. That's based on our experience only..... Heading there maybe just after Christmas.......

agree with southcouple, though i enjoy the walk down the river too, and some well shaded spots to set up and enjoy freedom too. River island is good, been there once, and enjoyed the facilities there.

there is a site of its name, just google it, but it is near mittagong, and wombeyan caves. check the site out and see what u think.

Yes up near Mittagong but well worth going.  Both to relax and some times to get very stimulated. lol.  Kambah Pool is ok.  Yes a few Gay guys around but never had any problems. Live and let live and Life is too short not to have fun when ever you can.

There is a rocky outcrop just off the main beach. Could that be it?

Have been to Kambah pool a few times, had no problems.  But if they were freaking me or my partner out, I would just ask them to please move along or I would move.
