The cuckold fetish does have a lot of negativity attached to it, mostly because of the humiliation aspect and how it is portrayed in porn. I know I had problems with the term myself in the beginning. I'm not sure if it's taking off, or you are just more aware of it being a formite. but sometimes they can be used in a constructive manner to portray the situation, I'd struggle to define previous experiences without those terms as "MFM threesome" wouldn't suffice either. Your right, labels are useful, it's why we settled on the term ourselves even though we do not live the lifestyle to it's extremes.
