Im just curious to hear peoples views on this, so, what are your views? Guys, do you like to be asked out by women, or do u feel it is your place to do the asking? Women, do you like to ask men out or should it be the man asking you out??

I think guys generally feel they have to do the asking, but If a girl is interested, she shouldn't have to play around trying to get him to ask, just ask him out. Why should guys be the only onesto have to cope with rejection  ;-)

Absolutely.. should be more of it..

I sometimes think it would be nice to be asked out by a woman. I think although it will always to a certain extent be the mans job to be the pursuer. In these times it's by no means his responsibility alone. And as someone who tends to be a little shy and over sensitive about possibly harassing women with requests for drinks or whatever.. It would certainly take some pressure off if every now and then the invite came the other way. lol By the way Iama, nice to see you back. :)

Just ask , I was asked by a girl once and I was most flattered , I originally never thought I had a chance so I never said anything then out of the blue she asked me out for drinks. If you never ask you'll never know !!!!!!!!!!!

Mwahs, Couldn't resist adding my personal opinion...............lol Im a Woman......................sheesh................lol Women in todays society need to find their Voice & openly express what it is they want need require etc Women have the Best of Both Worlds................... I am definetly the "Old Fashioned" type of Woman BUT Equality rules, especially here on RHP!!!!! Personally, I chat, flirt n generally give very very broad hints that I am interested in a guy which gives him the option of asking me out first. If he doesn'task me.................. Hmmm.

I struggle with the concept. Picking up Gruven to meet a lovely woman.. That'd be a bit self defeating.. I can't compete with his all around "good guy" status, and as I said I'm a little shy. Of course being 3hrs away slows down me a little as well.. Dom.. I will let you know and we will do "coffee" with or without Gruv. (might be easier on me while he's on board ship...lol.) LOL Gruv.. only trouble with takin you as wingman gruv is the ladies keep wanting you mate... i can't get a crack at em.. seriously.. further to the point.. In these days where many ladies out there have other commitments.. ie:kids. and it's difficult to know what their schedule is and when they're gonna be free.. it's sometimes far more practical for the lady to ask the guy out as they know when they have free time.. Agreed Dannc..it does make sence for ladies in those circumstances to do the asking or organising..however from my experience..guys dont like it much..sort of like they have no control over the how or when..ahhhhhhg then it just gets messy because he wont ask and in my expereince I give up..all tooo hard.. did any of that make any sence..no to me either in fact the whole thing is a mystery to me that I have long stopped trying to fathom.. Allright, I've been inundated with offers out................NOT !!!!!! So to make it plain and simple , I'm away atm bobbing up and down on the ocean's wave........I'm Back, first or second week of January...DOM, you of course have the pick of dates  for the five weeks I'm back....anyone else can ask me out on any day that Dom doesn't require me !!
