I'm not sure I even know that many women with 'over size 9' feet, that's quite large for the norm......the average is probably more like 7-8 ...I do have a few friends with a right on size 9 foot though.

It's actually getting more common for girls to have larger feet as the general population gets a little taller. When I was a teen I constantly had blisters squeezing into size 10, now size 11 shoes are more mainstream and are often the first size to disappear when new stock comes in to a store.I still having issues finding size 10.5, so just buy the next size up.
