I mwas watching this on monday and was amazed at the lengths the men go to,
or in the case of one retatrd, don't go to.
I do find it amazing these men have problems with american women but its the same here in some sections of the populace.
A complete disregard for women among claims that women have changed and can't or won't look after these dickheads in the way they want to be looked after.
From my read of these guys they would be looking for someone with all the functionality of a fleshlight (pretend vagina) and the personality of a rock all wrapped up in a blow up doll that looks like Elle.
I don't think one of them had anything to offer a real woman except to increase the divorce rate.
One guy looked like a psycopath when propositioning the reporter. Woo scary.

It was bizzare and an eye-opener. Some of these guys were weird and creepy, only one or two guys seemed genuine.
Loving the show, but we don't understand why she calls herself "Extreme Wife" when she is unmarried or is she referring to the women in her show?
Most of these men were weird and creepy... that guy with the weird laugh who did not shower and used 'one dollar cologne' and didn't make any effort whatsoever in his presentation!!! You'd think after spending thousands to go on the tour he'd lift his game! And then the only normal seeming guy hands out his jellybeans?? with a religious note attached?!
And yes the really creepy guy who cracked onto Dawn and then had a breakdown in front of the Russian girl... I suppose whats a girl to do on a Saturday night though when she can be paid to go out and eat canapes and quaff down champagne and then get treated to dinner...
I get that some of these marriages can turn out well blkcapricorn, but this was just all about money and (as disgusting, weird and desperate as some of these men seemed) nobody deserves to be fleeced!!!

I think it does refer to the extreme lengths people will go to to find a wife.
I have a number of associates who have non Australian wives, ans many of them are working successful relationships.
One in Particular, in the goldfields is a golden hearted fella who unfortunately does not have the body shape to match.
He has an asian bride, who treats him like a king. He treats her and her son with excellence, and the relationship works well all over.
I am sure if he was portrayed on this show, some of you would go yukk, go do something about your body. or whatever.
I know others who have gotton Russian brides,a nd they too are working well:
Sure some aren't.. but.. well fck me.. locals dont do that bloody well either eh!
Of course.. what is the option?
Going to the hotel and getting cracked on by a half pissed local? and try you luck with that?
Getting on RHP?
RSVP?
Would they do anny better here/there?

I am partly with cavey on this I know people who have met and married through this buut I am also aware of "men" who visit places like thailand and are the most repulsive sorts of people to ever claim humanity.
As long as there are men like this its dificult to get women to stop looking at us like we are a different (lower) species.
Oh well....
No need to worry, some of these men I would not even categorise as in the human species, either with their attitudes, attention to presentation and hygiene or their mindset when it comes to treating women right.
Most of us (women) just want a good bloke who we find attractive, who can love us, treat us with respect and of course get us off... not rocket science really. Yes, I do feel sorry for men sometimes, you do get a bad rap, but you know what, we really couldn't live without you... I couldn't imagine a world without men. :(
