As you'd expect, you get what you pay for, so the most amazing and luxurious experience I've had was Bridget Black but they nearly bankrupted me, and of course the cheaper salons were a little bit brutal!

That said, Zubia's in the city (Picadilly arcade) will do a great job for $50. Gentle too :)
