I recently left the forums because the fun had disappeared from them. I was finding myself feeling more and more frustrated at of some the rubbish that some people post here. I know I should just ignore it, but some of the rot is just unfair and unjustified. I'm not one who can tolerate rude, obnoxious people, so yeah... Ridge will always bite if he feels the need to defend himself or his mates. The problem is I hate doing that... hence my decision to leave (until Jeano, Stalky and Sweetpetite tugged at my heart strings and I made a return. God bless em :P)
Now I know the forum is supposed to be for fun and entertainment, so where has it gone?? What happened to all the fun and tongue in cheek banter? It seems that all we have now is whinging, bitching and a flood of posts by people with no sense of humour. Global Financial Crisis maybe?? It seems to be blamed for everything these days.. haha.
I'll admit that I have become involved in some of that which I'm ashamed of, so I reckon it's about time we all chilled out.
Who agrees?? Or am I totally off the mark with this?? hahaha... I say we charge anyone who posts a whingie post a carton of Crownies...

i agree but i dont see where the funis i making men feel like they are nothing, putting people down, braggin about sex to people that dont have a chance, it must make everyone feel so much better about themselves, especially when they read my posts. Classic example was the one about Mr and mrs ruff getting hammered for the way their profile was written....mrs ruff recenly outed herself on the post as DYSLEXIC which should make some people who posted on that topic pretty ashamed of themselves. Sorry you feel that way... I really feel for you if you have been treated that badly on here. If people are putting you down for the reasons you've mentioned, then they're way out of line. So for that, I'm truly sorry mate... and that's on behalf of all the decent people in the forums... Shouldn't happen.

I am a big fan of the "BATTLE OF THE SEXES" regardless of the topic....not because I want to put men down or see men put down....no, no, no...(love em to bits) but because I want to understand men more (I know big call ;P)...and it tempers my oestrogen stride...and it makes me stop and think...or laugh...or pfft...or....I dunno, maybe learn??? lol
